WARRANTY

What is included in your purchase?

Ebillbo, LLC manufactures a series of state-of-the-art LED mobile billboards capable of being secured to your vehicle utilizing your vehicle’s towing hitch receiver.  We have spent the last two years developing a product far superior to similar offerings in the marketplace.  We offer a complete manufacturer’s warranty, which covers both parts and labor for a period of one (1) year.  In addition, we offer a support line, which is available 9AM – 5PM PST by calling (702) 306-2394.

 

LIMITATION OF DAMAGES

In no event shall EBILLBO, LLC be liable for consequential damages for breach of this warranty.  Some States do not allow for the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to the Customer.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

EBILLBO, LLC warrants to covered products to be of all defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date listed on the unit’s Sales Invoice.  Said warranty extends to the original buyer, only.

Within the period of this warranty, EBILLBO, LLC will repair or replace, free of charge, any party proving defective in material or workmanship.  All warranty repairs must be performed by an EBILLBO, LLC authorized service technician or by an EBILLBO, LLC authorized service provider.

All expenses related to replacing or repairing a defective part(s) under this warranty shall be assumed by EBILLBO, LLC except for the following expenses, which shall be assumed by the buyer:  All freight and handling charges are the responsibility of the Customer.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not apply to any costs, repairs, or services for the following:

  • Repairs necessitated by other than normal use.

 

  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or improper installation.

 

  • Corrective work necessitated by repairs made by any other than an EBILLBO, LLC authorized service technician.

 

HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE

  • Contact the EBILLBO, LLC Customer Support Line by calling (702) 306-2394 to initiate your claim or you may email joseph@ebillbo.com.  Please enter “WARRANTY CLAIM” in the subject line of your email.  You will receive a response to your email within one (1) business day.  The response will include a call-to-action for you to set an appointment with a service provider.

 

  • During your subsequent appointment a highly trained representative will work with you to provide a resolution for your concern.  If a resolution is not found, you will be provided with several options.

 

  • You may opt to receive replacement parts and installation instructions via USPS Priority Mail.  Upon receipt you will be prompted to schedule an additional appointment with a service provider, who will work with you remotely to complete the necessary installation.

 

  • You may opt to deliver your product (in-person/freight forwarder such as DHL, Fed Ex, or UPS) to EBILLBO, LLC for repair.  If you select this method your product will be inspected once received and the necessary repairs will be made, free of charge, assuming the issue is a manufacturer’s defect or part failure.  If the determination is made that the necessary repair should not be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty a detailed explanation will be forwarded to you, as well as an estimate for the cost of repair.  At that point you have the option to have our team complete the repair or have the product returned to you.  All freight and handling charges are the responsibility of the Customer.
